One of the great attributes and contribution to society, indeed to the hearts of our country by the Late Senator Paul and Sheila Wellstone were their champion of causes dear to women. Unfortunately, the last few years have caused great concern in my heart that all is not well with regards to spousal abuse and an increase in domestic violence. There has been an increase of high profile deaths of women by their husbands or male significant other, after those women pleaded in vain to have their spouses or significant other locked up for a considerable time for fear of their safety. .more
